This trailer winch features a self-locking brake for control, safety, and convenience. Ideal for both horizontal pulling and vertical lifting applications. When the handle is released the fully automatic friction brake supplies constant positive holding action to help prevent runaway loads. The 9-3/8" steel handle allows for easy cranking while the ergonomic handle grip provides comfort. Constructed of zinc with a TuffPlate finish for corrosion resistance and durability for a long service life. The load matched gear ratios allows for easier cranking to save your back. The slotted mounting holes allow for quick and easy installation. The save time the cable can be manually pulled off when the freewheel lever is engaged.
