It includes the inner member assembly with internal components, two set pins for securing it into the actuator housing, and a reverse lockout solenoid for added convenience when backing up.
UFP actuators rated at 8,400 lbs. and under share many of the same internal components, including the master cylinder, shock absorber, and roller pins. This common design helps simplify repairs and reduces the need for multiple replacement kits. The interchangeable housing dimensions also allow this inner member to fit UFP actuator housings rated 8,400 lbs. and under without removing the outer member from the trailer frame.
The A-75 uses an aluminum master cylinder for improved strength and corrosion resistance compared to plastic or steel designs. Its sealed reservoir diaphragm helps keep moisture away from the brake fluid, reducing the risk of corrosion within the brake system. The recessed reservoir cap helps protect against damage, while the included dipstick makes checking brake fluid levels quick and easy.
