Johnson - Evinrude 0767244 Loctite Gasket Maker 51817
Genuine OEM Johnson/Evinrude part. Designed for use as a gasket dressing on pre-cut gaskets for flexible joints or as a form-in-place chemical gasket for rigid assemblies. Allows for expensive gasket inventories to be reduced and outperforms conventional gaskets by offering a superior seal and eliminating fastener retorquing.

To Make a Gasket
- Clean both flange surfaces. Remove paint, dirt, grease, or old gasket completely.
- Spray Loctite Klean 'N Prime on one surface only. Allow to dry 1-2 minutes.
- Apply a continuous bead of sealant to the unprimed surface.
- Assemble mating surfaced with minimal lateral movement. Excess sealant can be wiped away with a cloth and shop solvent.
To Dress a Gasket
- Clean both flange surfaces. Remove paint, dirt, grease, or old gasket completely.
- Spray Loctite Klean N' Prime to both flange surfaces. Allow to dry 1-2 minutes.
- Completely cover both sides of the pre-cut gasket with sealant.
- Place coated gasket on flange and assemble mating surfaces with minimal lateral movement.
