TACO Transom Mount 4 Rod Rack

The TACO Transom Mount 4 Rod Rack easily installs onto your boat's transom to free up space on gunnels and decks. The durable brushed aluminum finish is designed to withstand the harsh marine environment while looking great on any vessel. TACO's spline technology allows you to adjust the angle of the rod rack during installation to best fit your boat's transom. TACO Transom Rod Rack Installation Instructions

On a flat surface, assemble mounting pads and rod holder assembly so pads are flush to mounting surface.
Position entire assembly against transom ensuring the splines are fully inserted into the rod rack assembly.
Mark holes on transom through holes in mounting pads.
Set assembly aside and drill 1/4" holes through marked holes in transom.

Note: There MUST be ample space to attach nits and washers to back of bolts.

Use 3M 5200 sealant or equivalent (not included) to coat bolts.
Install one pad & spline assembly and fasten with nuts and bolts to transom.
Insert the other spline mount into unattached side of rod rack assembly, ensuring pad is flush to the transom.
Coat bolts with sealer and fasten securely.
