T-H Marine Hot Foot Original Foot Throttle

The T-H Marine Hot Foot Original Foot Throttle allows you to drive your boat like your car. With this foot throttle, you keep both hands on the wheel and control the throttle with your foot. If your foot is removed, the throttle returns to idle, allowing for safe operation of high performance boats. The T-H Marine Hot Foot has been the number one throttle on the market for 30+ years. It improves throttle control for all outboard and inboard engines. The all cast aluminum construction with stainless steel hardware makes this unit lightweight and resistant to corrosion. The non-sticking Teflon and Nylon bearing surfaces provide trouble-free operation.

      • Position cable so that cable clamp C fits into groove in trunnion area of cable.
      • Replace clamp and screws to side plate 1.
      • Screw cable end D onto end of cable slide and tighten to lock nut against cable end.
    • OMC:
      • Insert throttle cable trunnion into 3 lower trunnion holder on side plate and install cotter pin to retain trunnion.
      • Bend cotter pin to keep in place.
    • Yamaha, Chrysler, or Push Type Throttle Using 3300 Series Cable:
      • Position cable so that cable clamp C fits into groove in trunnion area of cable.
      • Replace clamp and screws to side plate 4.
      • Screw cable end D onto end of cable slide and tighten lock nut against cable end.

TH Marine Hot Foot Install

  • Install 1/4-20 x 1" bolt through cable end.
  • Thread 1/4-20 nut onto bolt and screw bolt into the upper end 1a of pivot arm (Honda, Suzuki, Mercury), or lower end 4a of pivot arm (OMC, Yamaha, Chrysler) until bolt is flush with back side. Tighten hex nut to lock assembly in place.
