Scanstrut LMBF-1 Self Leveling Backstay Radar Mount

This self leveling backstay radar mount by Scanstrut sits 2.6m (8'6") high and mounts forward on the backstay. This helps keep interference away from your radar and a deck clear from obstruction. Constructed from marine grade aluminum for corrosion resistance and durability in marine environments. Designed to fit most up to date radars, look below for a more detailed list. The fine tuned damping system reacts to major changes in the heel angle of the boat and is entirely maintenance free with no power required. The supplied aluminum mounting poles come in two lengths with a hidden joiner piece. This allows you to rout the cables down the channel for a clean installation. The high strength base eliminates loading on the backstay and can mounted on the deck, transom, or chainplate. A stainless radome cradle allows you to adjust for the backstay angle. While the supplied nylon backstay bushing clamps around the backstay allowing for cable tension to be adjusted. If you desire to mount it even higher, 0.6m extensions and 1.3m extensions are available.
